WHY COACH?

Want to make a positive impact on young lives? Become a youth flag football coach and share your passion for the game. Teach valuable skills, create unforgettable memories, and inspire the next generation of football stars. No experience necessary, just a love for the sport and a desire to make a difference.

DUTIES OF A HEAD COACH:

Coach your team of boys and girls, ages 6-13!

  • Coach games and practices 1 day per week.
  • Teach players the fundamentals of the game.
  • Emphasis on sportsmanship, fair play, and full participation.
  • Must be enthusiastic, patient, and persistent.
  • Learn and follow all league rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently and positively with League officials and parents.
